Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $4.95
• Free shipping: on all 3-month and 6-month packs, on subscription orders, and on orders over $60.00
• Express shipping: $15.00

The shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The rates above apply to our standard shipping zones; the final rate depends on your destination and the method you select.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable and Lost Orders

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us at info@tryunfunk.com and we will help investigate.
